When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Please note that pre-order items will ship on or around their release date as specified on the product page.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Music media such as vinyl, CDs, and cassettes must remain sealed.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we process orders quickly, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
What happens if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
